The M Group will provide a flyer box containing 20 black and white flyers for your property.

You are responsible for refilling your flyer box as needed. If you require additional flyers, please contact the Marketing Department, and a PDF version of your flyer will be sent to you for printing.

To qualify for a flyer box, your listing must meet the following criteria:

• A price of $120,000 or higher
• HDR photos
• Must be live in the MLS.

Please Note: Flyers will not be processed until HDR photos are completed and your listing is uploaded to the MLS.
