When to Expect Listing Services: A Timeline
This page outlines the timeframe for various aspects of our listing process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Please note: There may be a slight delay of up to one week for some services (signage, lockboxes, photos, flyers) due to scheduling and processing requirements.
New Listing Date: This is the date your listing goes live on the MLS system.
Photos:
- Photo shoots are conducted Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
- Allow up to 48 business hours after your photoshoot to receive your final processed photos.
- Photos will be delivered via a Google Drive folder from marketing@mregrp.com for you to upload to your MLS listing.
Lockboxes & Signs:
- Lockboxes and signs are typically delivered on Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Once your lockbox is shipped, you'll receive an email with your lockbox number from admin@mregrp.com.
- After your listing goes live, your lockbox number will be linked to your MLS listing.
Flyers & Videos:
- Flyers and video creation won't begin until your listing is live on the MLS.
- You'll receive a PDF of your flyers within 48 business hours of your listing activation.
