When to Expect Listing Services: A Timeline

This page outlines the timeframe for various aspects of our listing process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Please note: There may be a slight delay of up to one week for some services (signage, lockboxes, photos, flyers) due to scheduling and processing requirements.

New Listing Date: This is the date your listing goes live on the MLS system.

Photos:

• Photo shoots are conducted Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
• Allow up to 48 business hours after your photoshoot to receive your final processed photos.
• Photos will be delivered via a Google Drive folder from marketing@mregrp.com for you to upload to your MLS listing.

Lockboxes & Signs:

• Lockboxes and signs are typically delivered on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Once your lockbox is shipped, you'll receive an email with your lockbox number from admin@mregrp.com.
• After your listing goes live, your lockbox number will be linked to your MLS listing.

Flyers & Videos:

• Flyers and video creation won't begin until your listing is live on the MLS.
• You'll receive a PDF/JPEG/PNG of your flyers within 24 business hours of including flyers in your order.
